Property rental guarantee by the D. Zavos Group

Having in mind the customer’s financial support, D. Zavos Group created the Rental Guarantee Package which is offered on certain completed developments.

On some specific completed projects, potential customers are provided with the possibility of a guaranteed monthly income for a period of two years. Once the property is purchased, the “Rental Guarantee Agreement” is signed and D. Zavos Group is responsible to immediately lease the property, provide the owner with a guaranteed monthly rental income for a period of two years and carry out successfully the Rental services described above. An option to extend the property lease after the 2-year period is available to owners at very reasonable rates.

The Rental Guarantee Package requirement is that the property is furnished through the Furniture Packages offered by D. Zavos Group. Dynamic arrangements have been made with key retailers in order to provide clients with quality furniture at special prices.
