Cyprus Property Rental Services

Many customers purchase a property with the intention of earning a rental income and moving to Cyprus at a later stage. Due to these increasing particular requirements, D. Zavos Group created its own Property Rentals Department to assist clients even better. The rental services consist of:
 

• Customer’s property rent-out on a short or long-term basis

• Collection of monthly rentals

• Coordination of administration procedures

• Property inspections & upkeep

• Collection & payment of Common Expenses

• Accounting & Service practices

• Correspondence with property owners

Our Property Rental Services are also offered through the Property Rental Guarantee Package. Having in mind the customer’s financial support, D. Zavos Group created the Property Rental Guarantee Package which is offered on certain completed developments.

On some specific completed projects, potential customers are provided with the possibility of a guaranteed monthly income for a period of two years. Once the property is purchased, the “Rental Guarantee Agreement” is signed and D. Zavos Group is responsible to immediately lease the property, provide the owner with a guaranteed monthly rental income for a period of two years and carry out successfully the Rental services described above. An option to extend the property lease after the 2-year period is available to owners at very reasonable rates.

The Rental Guarantee Package requirement is that the property is furnished through the Furniture Packages offered by D. Zavos Group. Dynamic arrangements have been made with key retailers in order to provide clients with quality furniture at special prices.
