Cyprus is an island of legends which lies in the light of the warm Mediterranean sun. Located at the crossroads of three continents, where East meets West, the island has always been the centre of Greek culture with rich heritage.

Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean with an area of 9,251 square kilometers. Cyprus has joined the European Union in 2004 and has introduced the Euro Currency in 2008. A modern country that effortlessly marries European culture with ancient enchantment, the country is now a full member of the European Union. Well developed infrastructure, warm sunny days, beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, excellent utilities, overwhelming hospitality, strong economical and financial system, low cost of living and generous tax incentives are just some of Cyprus’ attributes that attract tourism and foreign investors.

Commuting is made simple via the two international Airports of Larnaca and Paphos. With a strong financial system the island has established itself as a leading international Business centre. But as close as Cyprus may be to the world's center stage, it is a distinctive place that can feel blissfully apart from it all. A feeling of security prevails everywhere in Cyprus.

Here you will discover a lot of alluring beaches and fragrant mountain peaks, vineyards studded with olive trees and ancient ruins that stir the imagination, citrus groves and old stone villages where sweet wine flows as freely as conversations at the local café. Sense of timelessness is magnified by the kindness of the people. And that golden Old World sunshine - there are generally 300+ sunny days per year - is something few can resist. Add it all up and you have an ideally-situated island that truly has no equal. A place that measures up to its mystique: Cyprus.
